Women's Rights
Gender disparities in the workforce remain a significant challenge, and Bryan is committed to real solutions that promote gender equity and create inclusive workplaces. Drawing on his legal education and training, Bryan will engage with key stakeholders—unions, business leaders, and community groups—to eliminate gender-based discrimination and ensure that all workers, regardless of gender, are valued and treated equitably.
Promoting Gender Equity through Partnerships. Bryan will collaborate directly with unions, business leaders, and advocacy groups to address specific gender disparities in the workplace, such as the gender pay gap and the underrepresentation of women in leadership roles. He will work to develop and implement mentorship programs aimed at helping women advance in their careers, particularly in male-dominated industries. His legal training will be instrumental in working with labor unions to create binding agreements that enforce gender equity standards and hold employers accountable for gender-based discrimination or unequal treatment.
Supporting Domestic Violence Survivors. With his legal education and understanding of the challenges facing survivors, Bryan is committed to expanding access to critical resources for domestic violence survivors, especially within vulnerable communities such as undocumented individuals. He will work closely with community organizations and the District Attorney’s office to enhance protections for survivors and ensure they receive the support they need to rebuild their lives. Bryan’s plan includes advocating for increased funding for survivor services, such as counseling, safety planning, and emergency assistance, to offer comprehensive care to those in need.
